Repair of the clutch master cylinder

Clutch Master Cylinder

1 - a spring ring (replace);
2 - pusher;
3 - the piston;
4 - piston stop (replace);
5 - a spring;

6 - the stopper valve;
7 - a spring;
8 - valve block;
9 - Housing

Dismantling

A warning

Not to damage the plunger, and the surface of the clutch master cylinder contacting the piston.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Push the plunger and pliers, remove the internal snap ring.
2. Remove the plunger, piston, piston stop, a spring, a valve stopper, a spring and a valve block.
	3. A suitable tool bend the key to stop the piston.

Assembly

A warning

Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.

Do not mix different brands of hydraulic fluid to the clutch.

Before assemblage grease with the specified liquid for coupling the piston and the cylinder bore diameter.

When assembling, you must install the new snap ring and the piston stop.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. A suitable tool bend the key stopper in the groove of the piston.
	2. Install the valve block and the rest of the body parts in the clutch master cylinder.
	3. Install the snap ring, pre-pressing in the plunger.
