Clutch Master Cylinder



Clutch Master Cylinder

1 - hydraulic tubes;

2 - a nut;

3 - the clutch master cylinder;

4 - spring clamp;

5 - a pin

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the cable.
2. Press the locking tab and remove the fuse box.
3. Remove spring retainer and pin.
4. Remove the nuts clutch master cylinder.

A warning

As the liquid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves a paint, substitute for liquid gathering the suitable container.


5. Disconnect the hose from the clutch master cylinder.
6. The special tool OK130430019 disconnect the tube from the hydraulic clutch master cylinder.
7. Remove the clutch master cylinder.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the clutch master cylinder.
2. Screw the nuts clutch master cylinder.
3. Install the pin and secure it with a spring clamp.
4. Special tool OK130430019 connect a hydraulic tube to the clutch master cylinder.

The inhaling moment: 12,7-21,5 N ??? m

5. Connect the hose to the clutch master cylinder.
6. Install the fuse box.
7. Replace the cable.
8. Bleed the clutch hydraulic circuit.
9. Check for leaks of brake fluid from the hydraulic clutch circuit.

10. Carry out road test the vehicle.
