Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the door seal the moisture.
2. Remove the door trim.
	3. Remove one screw securing the bracket of the internal handle of opening of the door.
	4. Remove the internal handle on the door lock in the following order: a. Remove the three screws that secure the handle; b. disconnect from the handle two rods; c. Remove the inside door handle.
5. Remove pylevlagozaschitnuyu film, gradually separating it from the door frame.
	6. Remove the glass in the following order: a. reconnect the power window control switch; b. connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery; c. Switch on the ignition and move glass in a half-open position; d. switch off the ignition; e. Remove the two screws on the glass to the window;
f. tilting and lifting the back, remove the glass from the outside of the door; g. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
7. Disconnect the harness connector.
8. Through the opening in the inner door panel, remove the two nuts securing the outside door handle.
	9. Remove the outside door handle.
	10. Remove the three screws that secure the door lock.
11. Through the opening in the inner panel of the door, remove the door lock.
12. Disconnect an electric socket of the motor drive window.
	13. Remove the six nuts window.
14. Through the opening in the inner door panel, remove windows.
15. Disconnect an electric socket, and its fastening clip from the modulator.
16. Through the hole on the hinge side pull the harness out of the door.
17. Remove the glass run.
18. Remove the outer moisture proof strip.
19. Remove the outer cover from the door.
20. Remove the restrictor opening the door in the following order: a. unscrew the bolt stop opening the door; b. through the hole in the inner panel of the door, remove the door retainer.
21. Remove pylevlagozaschitnuyu streak.
	22. Remove the two screws and remove the hinges from the door of the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Place the door in the following order: a. set properly on the car door; b. screw bolts of both hinges. Torque: 17-29 N ??? m
2. Install the door seal the moisture.
3. Adjust the opening of the door in the following order: a. through an opening in the inner door panel, adjust the door opening; b. screw bolt the door opening limiter. Torque: 22-27 N ??? m
4. Install the outer cover on the door.
5. Install the outer moisture proof strip.
6. Install the glass run.
7. From the Insert the door hinges in the door wiring harness.
8. Connect the modulator.
9. Install the window in place.
10. Replace the six nuts window. Torque: 9-13 N ??? m
11. Connect the power window motor.
12. Install the door lock through the opening in the inner door panel.
13. Secure the door lock with three screws.
14. Install the outside door handle.
15. Secure the two nuts outside door handle. Torque: 9-13 N ??? m
	16. Connect the lock rods to the outside door handle.
17. Install the glass in the following order: a. Install the glass through the opening in the inner door panel; b. fix a bolt directing glasses. Torque: 9-13 N ??? m
	18. Position the window in the following order: a. lubrication during installation window, use a soap solution; b. Insert the outside of the door at first a forward part of the glass, and then, turning and lowering, set the glass on the door and place it on the bracket window.
	19. Tighten the two screws on glass. Tightening torque: 2.3 N ??? m
20. If necessary, adjust the position of the glass.
21. Install the door pylevlagozaschitnuyu film and thrust output of the internal handle of opening of the door lock pylevlagozaschitnoy film.
22. Install the inside door handle in the following order: a. Connect to handle two thrust the door lock; b. attach the handle with three screws. Tightening torque: 3-4 N ??? m
	23. Establish an arm of the handle and secure it with one screw.
24. Connect the harness connectors.
25. Install the door trim.
26. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
27. Move the glass up to the stop.
