 | 1. Install the guide sealing glass. |
 | 2. Install the glass in the following order:
a. Install the glass through the opening in the inner door panel;
b. screw bolt of glass, do not tighten the bolt completely. |
 | 3. Install the windows in the following order:
a. install windows through the opening in the inner door panel;
b. windows tighten nuts;
Torque: 9-13 N ??? m
c. Connect the window motor electrical connector. |
 | 4. Install the windows in the following order:
a. Insert the outside of the door at first a forward part of the glass, and then, turning and lowering, set the glass on the door and place it on the bracket window; |
b. screw, but do not tighten definitively bolts of glass;
c. reconnect the power window control switch;
d. connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery;
e. Switch on the ignition and move the window up and down to activate the window control;
f. if necessary, adjust the position of the glass;
g. switch off the ignition;
h. disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery;
i. tighten the two screws on the glass to the window;
Tightening torque: 2.3 N ??? m
j. tighten a bolt of glass;
Torque: 9-13 N ??? m
k. connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery;
I. Switch on the ignition;
m. Move down the glass;
n. switch off the ignition;
o. disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery;
p. remove the window switch. |
 | 5. Replace the door pylevlagozaschitnuyu film in the following order:
a. secure pylevlagozaschitnuyu film on the door;
b. output wiring harness electrical connector door;
c. output thrust of the internal handle of opening of the door lock pylevlagozaschitnoy film. |
 | 6. Install the speaker and secure it with three screws. |
 | 7. Install the bracket handle and secure it with one screw. |
 | 8. Refit the door. |
