Removal and installation of components of the exhaust system
Reception pipe with catalytic converter | - Release nuts receiving section to the exhaust manifold / turbocharger.
- Give fixing nuts and separate the catalytic converter on the connection section.
- Remove the assembly receiving section with a catalytic converter and two gaskets.
- Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the flanges, prepare replacement gaskets.
- Installation is the reverse order of the dismantling of the components - track compliance Specifications Chapter Power supply systems, engine control / emission control and exhaust the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners.

Muffler | - Loosen the nuts first the rear and then the front flanges of the muffler assembly to the connecting pipe.
- Remove the four rubber suspension brackets and remove the muffler from under the car.
- Remove the two gaskets and carefully smooth out the surface of the mating flanges - gaskets must be replaced without fail.
- Installation is in the reverse order - before installing rubber suspensions should be lubricated with silicone grease, be sure of compliance with the specification requirements of the Head of the Power supply system, motor control / emission control and exhaust the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners.

The exhaust pipe | - Remove the rubber suspension of the exhaust pipe to the support bracket, and then release the nut flange.
- Remove the tube from underneath the vehicle.
- Remove the gasket.
- Installation is performed in reverse order, do not forget to replace the rubber surround and lubricate it with silicone grease before installation, mounting ?� Tighten the nuts with demanded effort.
