Battery check



Required special tool:

  • Protective acid resistant lubricant, such as grease pole BOSH.
  • Steel wire brush (for cleaning the poles and terminals).
  • Hydrometer. Necessary spare parts:
  • Distilled water.

Clean the battery terminals

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Clean the battery terminals and the terminals, and cover them with acid-resistant grease.

Check the electrolyte level

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The electrolyte level should be checked every 4 weeks.

Do not shine in the battery an open flame. Risk of explosion!


  1. The electrolyte level must be between the upper (UPPER) and lower (LOWER) marks.
  1. To top up, unscrew the plug.

To refill use only distilled water.
