Check ignition cable
| - Too much cable resistance plug can cause difficulties when starting and misfire.
- Switch off the ignition.
- Remove the ignition cable, for that remove the plugs on the distributor and spark.
 | At the same time pull the plug, not the cord. |
| - Check the resistance between the contact plug cover of the distributor and the contact tip of the candle. The resistance must be 16 ohm per meter.

- Too high resistance to clean connectors and repeat the measurement, if necessary, replace the cable.
- Bend the ignition wire in the spark to check for cracks and replace if necessary all ignition cables.
- Connect the spark plugs and cables.
