Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the cable from the battery negative mass.

A warning

This clears the electronic storage device, such as a radio receiver code. Before disconnecting the battery, read the sub-section 2.11.


2. Lift the car and remove the right front wheel.
3. Remove the bottom engine cover on the right wheel arch.
4. Remove the V-belt.
5. Lock the engine and unscrew the bolts of the crankshaft pulley.
6. To disable the engine, set the 5th transfer and specify assistant depress the brake pedal.
7. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
8. Remove the right and left casings of a gear belt.
9. Remove the engine mount.
10. Remove the spark plugs.
11. Crank the engine crankshaft, tighten the hand brake, the transmission in neutral. Use the knob and turn the head of the wheel of the crankshaft from the right-hand wheel arch.

A warning

No way to turn a cranked shaft behind the wheel of a camshaft through a toothed belt drive to avoid overloading the toothed belt.


12. In the upcoming re-installing the toothed belt zamarkiruyte it. It should be put on the belt prescriber arrow direction of rotation. The motor rotates clockwise.
13. Remove the rim roller.
14. Remove the timing belt. After the gears do not turn.

A warning

Before removing again to check that the label on the wheel of a camshaft with the edge of the cylinder head, correct if necessary.

If necessary, check the camshaft at the removed gear belt, any piston should not be in the TDC. Otherwise, you may cause serious damage to the pistons and valves.


15. Before applying the label, set the 1st cylinder TDC. To do this, turn the crankshaft to match the mark (1) on a camshaft cogwheel (2) with a label on the front board. Then, turn the wheel of the crankshaft 1/4 turn (90 ?�) to the left or right. The label must face is now the left or right.

Setting
A warning

Toothed belt bend or fold. Always replace contaminated, damaged or worn belts. Check the uniformity and ease of movement of the tension roller.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Make sure you put the wheel on the crankshaft located in the figure labels. At the same time it must match the marking on the wheel of a camshaft with the marking on the front plate. 2. Put the toothed belt. Upon application of an old belt to be superimposed in accordance with the direction of rotation applied by the arrow.

A warning

Make sure the belt is well covered wheels and does not sag.


3. Replace and tighten with a torque of 50 Nm the pulley.

Tension

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the bolt of a tension roller so that the roller can move to a gear belt under spring force.
2. Turn the crankshaft two turns clockwise until the alignment marks on the camshaft and on the front board. Once again, make sure that all the labels are the same.
3. Tighten the bolt tensioning pulley with a force of 50 Nm
4. Turn the crankshaft two turns in the direction of rotation of the engine and re-check the adjustment.
5. Install and secure with a force of 10 Nm the right and left casings of a gear belt.
6. Lock the engine, and insert screws of the crankshaft pulley and tighten them with a torque of 30 Nm
7. To disable the engine, set the 5th transfer and specify assistant depress the brake pedal.
8. Replace the spark plugs.
9. Install and tighten the V-belt.
10. Replace the cover on the right wheel arch.
11. Connect the negative mass in the battery.
12. If there are clocks, set the time and set the security code radio.
