Installing the crankshaft rear oil seal



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Knock out the old seal from the housing.
2. Grease slightly external surface of the gland assembly butter or oil for the engine, install the oil seal in the bore of the back cover.
3. Use mandrel evenly press in the oil seal until it is fully seated. Sponges gland during the installation should be turned inward.
4. Put on the gasket and the contact surfaces of the back cover a hermetic layer.
5. Apply a little lip oil seal oil, replace the gasket, and screw bolts. Tighten bolts with the set moment.
6. Carefully trim the protruding beyond the edges of the rear cover of the pad, which comes to the gasket face of the oil pan.
