Assembling the cylinder head



Before assembly, make sure to clean the cylinder head, irrespective of out repairs of this detail in the workshop car service or not.

If the block head surrendered to the workshop for repair of valves, the valves are already are in place to collect all the details. In this case, start the assembly, guided by paragraph 4.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace the valve guides the new valve stem seals. Landing valve stem seals on the guides made easy blows of a hammer on the mandrel. Avoid twisting the cap on landing, watch uniformity on the sleeve of his dressing, not otherwise provided by the valve stem seal.
2. Install the valve, being careful not to damage the valve stem seals, the lower supporting spring washers, springs, plates and locking rings.
3. Compress the valve spring using the tool and establish crackers. Release the spring, make sure that the biscuits went into the top groove of the valve stem. If necessary, before removing the device with grease grease crackers for better retention.
4. Install the camshaft.
5. Lubricate the rocker arm assembly with rollers with fresh oil for the engine. Install the rocker arm with rollers and tighten bolts with the set moment in the specified sequence.
