The order of assembly of the engine

Before assembly, prepare all the necessary new spare parts, gaskets and seals, as well as the following tools and accessories:

- A standard set of tools;
- Torque wrench head 1/2;
- The adaptation for installation of piston rings;
- Tool for the compression rings;
- Pieces of rubber or plastic hoses for the dressing on the connecting rod cap bolts;
- Plastic gauge wire;
- A set of probes;
- Needle file;
- Fresh engine oil;
- The type of sealant RTV;
- Anaerobic sealant;
- Compound for fixing the threaded connections.

To save time and effort, the assembly is recommended in the following order:

- Crankshaft and main bearings;
- Guide bearing (on models with a manual transmission);
- Pistons in gathering with rods;
- Rear oil seal and lid gland;
- The oil pump and the oil trap;
- Oil pan;
- A flywheel with the coupling mechanism;
- Front engine mounting bracket;
- water pump;
- Cylinder head, camshaft, valve control mechanism;
- Serednyaya cover and front oil seal;
- Gear drive toothed belt camshaft and tensioner;
- A gear belt and belt covers;
- fuel pump;
- back cover;
- Head cover;
- The gauge of emergency pressure of oil;
- oil filter;
- Thermostat with housing;
- The ignition distributor, candles, high-voltage wires;
- Pipes supplying coolant hoses;
- Inlet and exhaust manifolds;
- The generator and arms;
- The system of reducing emissions.
