1. At the 4-cylinder engine, remove the reinforcement section (see Fig. Subsection 3.2.14). |
| 2. Use the special tool to remove the ledge at the top of the cylinder, formed as a result of wear and deposits of combustion products. Do not try to get the piston without removing the ledge, otherwise you will damage the piston. |
3. Turn the engine crankshaft up. |
| 4. Use the stylus to measure the backlash of rods. If the gap exceeds the admissible limits, the connecting rod must be replaced. In the event, any doubt, consult a specialist. |
| 5. If the connecting rods and covers of rods are not numbered, number them. |
6. Loosen the nut covers each rod in divided doses of sex trafficking. Unscrew the nuts and remove the cover of the first connecting rod and bearing. |
7. Remove the bearing and remove the rod with the piston. |
8. Remove the remaining connecting rods and pistons in the same way. |
9. Fold the elements of each of the pistons separately, not to mix them. |
