Oil pressure reducing valve



GAS ENGINE

6-cylinder petrol engine


1. The oil pump. Sucks the motor oil through the suction filter and the suction pipe from the sump
2. Longitudinal oil passage to the oil filter

The oil pressure relief valve is located in the channel between the suction chamber and the compression chamber of the oil pump. If the oil pressure above 5 bar, the valve opens and a portion of the oil can be poured back into the suction chamber of the pump.

If the oil level is normal the pressure is too low, check the valve.

Withdrawal
1. Vinitovaya tube, SW22
2. A compression spring
3. Guide pin
4. Piston

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Dismantle the oil pan.
2. Unscrew the screw plug wrench SW22.
A warning

The spiral tube is under pressure of a compression spring and can easily jump.


3. Remove compression spring, guide pin and the piston.
A warning

Stiff or jammed piston can be retrieved using ring pliers.


4. Clean the hole in the oil pump and blow compressed air.
5. The piston hole of the oil pump a few times, move back and forth. If the piston moves with difficulty, slightly align the polishing cloth.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. When replacing a piston, check the ease of his progress in the hole. If necessary, remove burrs in the piston emery cloth.
2. Establish the piston with guide pin and a new compression spring.
3. Tighten the screw cap without O-ring and tighten with a torque of 50 Nm

DIESEL ENGINE

The oil pressure relief valve in the connecting passage between the compression chamber and the suction oil pump. If the pressure exceeds 5 bar, the valve opens and a portion of oil poured into the suction chamber. The valve should be checked, if the oil level is normal the pressure is too low.

Withdrawal

249. Vinitovaya cork 50 Nm
250. The guide finger
251. A compression spring
252. Piston

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pan.
2. Remove the screw plug.
A warning

The spiral tube is under pressure of a compression spring and can easily jump.


3. Remove compression spring, guide pin and the piston.
A warning

Stiff or jammed remove the piston by means of the outer ring of the collet.


4. Clean the cylinder oil pump and blow compressed air.
5. Repeatedly move the piston back and forth in a cylinder of the oil pump. If the piston moves in the cylinder difficult, then gently polish the plunger at the tissue lapping.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the piston is replaced by a new, check out the new piston can move freely in the cylinder. If necessary, remove any burrs on the piston emery cloth.
2. Establish the piston with guide pin and a new compression spring.
3. Screw the cap without O-ring and tighten with a torque of 50 Nm The spiral tube is sealed tapered fit.
