The exhaust system consists of a front exhaust pipe with catalytic converter, secondary and basic muffler. Front exhaust pipe bolted to the exhaust manifold, which is flanged to the cylinder head. All parts are screwed together, and they can be changed individually. After dismantling should use self-locking nuts and seals. Check the locking rings and rubber stoppers on the absence of porosity and damage and replace if necessary. When you build a new exhaust system is recommended to replace all the add-on parts. PETROL ENGINES All parts of the exhaust system of exhaust gases can be replaced individually.
A warning  When assembling the system components, pay attention to the fact that they are rigidly connected. Otherwise, during the investigation of the composition of exhaust gases can receive incorrect results.

Setting | PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Before installing the exhaust system, check whether the flange is not bent to the exhaust manifold, if necessary, align the flange. | | 2.
