PETROL INJECTION

Engines C-Class are equipped with electronic ignition and fuel injection. Regulation of the ignition system and fuel injection is carried out by one common controlling device. This section details the injection system.

All parts of the injection are stable for a long time operation and do not require complex maintenance, and repairs therefore made extremely rare. Significant adjustment and repair work may be performed only by using expensive test equipment and the availability of appropriate professional knowledge, so that the work can be performed only appropriately equipped specialized auto repair shops.
