Primary and middle silencer



The middle and rear silencer are installed at the factory as a whole structure. A faulty silencer can be replaced separately.

If you need to replace middle muffler, then the prescribed one piece, the exhaust pipe must be changed and the main silencer. If the main muffler has been replaced once, can be replaced separately middle silencer.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disassemble the exhaust system, beginning with the middle silencer.
2. Place the new silencer on top of the old system and mark the length of the pipes dismantled the system.
3. Replace the second outlet conduit system of approximately 80 mm from the marking in the main silencer.
4. Cut the exhaust pipe at the second mark. Note: the length of the inserted part should be 70-80 mm.
5. Clean the exhaust pipe with emery cloth and push the silencer previously pulled down over the exhaust pipe pipe clamps.
6. Lightly tighten the clamp bolt, without screwing it tight.
7. Install the exhaust system.
8. Align Horizontal silencer and tightly screw the fixing bolt.
