Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
2. Remove the anti-roll bar.
3. Remove the left draglink and right steering damper.
4. Drain the engine oil.
5. Disconnect the battery earth cable (-).
A warning

This erased anti-theft radio code.


6. Disconnect the positive lead from the X4 in the cable to the underside of the car on the left and top plozhite engine.
7. Remove the fan cover and place on top of the fan.
8. Remove the speed sensor (L3).
9. Disconnect the ground cable between the starter and the body (arrow).
10. Remove schtekker oil level sensor.
11. Dismantle the intermediate pitman arm.
12. Automatic transmission: Detach oil lines in the connecting parts of masloshlangov previously holding the oil lines by means of hose clamps. Elements of connection close small plastic bags to prevent the entry of dirt.
13. Pick up the engine corresponding cable or chain on the front eye (arrow) and lift the valve. If there is no crane available, insert the cable suitable shta NSU, slightly lift the engine and lean on the stand.
14. Remove the bottom of the spar bolt with hexagon socket for the left front engine mount.
15. Remove the bottom of the spar bolt with the Allen right front engine mount.
16. Lift the motor as possible.
17. Sump with flanged side part: unscrew and remove the side part with the gasket.
18. Remove the bolts (19) the oil pan and remove the oil pan (45) forward, depending on the direction of travel. If necessary, slightly rotate the crankshaft.
19. Remove the seal (45a), carefully clean the sealing surface of the pallet crankcase and crankshaft.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The negative battery cable. Install sump with a new gasket, fit redirect it to the back of the gearbox, and evenly hand tighten the bolts. Then alternately tighten the bolts to the following points:
M 6 - 10 Nm .; M 8 - 25 Nm .; M 10 - 40 Nm
A warning

In cars with automatic transmission, ensure that the calibrated groove at the interface entered the sump discharge hub motor block.

2. If there is a withdrawal, install the side of the sump with a new gasket and tighten to a torque of 10 Nm
3. Lower the engine.
4. Install the mounting bolts the front engine mount and tighten to a torque of 30 Nm
5. Automatic Transmission: connect the oil lines, remove the hose clamps.
6. Set intermediate pitman arm.
7. Put the plug oil level sensor.
8. Screw the speed sensor.
9. Screw the cable "mass" between the starter and the body.
10. Install and tighten clamps fan shroud.
11. Connect the positive cable (X4).
12. Hook the left draglink and right steering damper.
13. Install the stabilizer.
14. Establish the bottom cover of the engine compartment.
15. Pour the engine oil.
16. Connect the "weight" batteries.
17. Set the clock
18. Set the anti-theft code for the radio.
19. Warm up the engine and check the tightness of the oil pan.
20. Automatic transmission: check the oil level.
