Removal of air from the master cylinder



After draining the brake fluid or removal of the master cylinder before installing it to the place you need to pump cylinder.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Insert outlets brake line and replace the plugs them so that they will not pass air, but at the same time they can be easily loosen.
  2. Fill the brake fluid reservoir.
  3. Remove one plug and enter the piston in the cylinder so as to expel the air from it. Push the plunger may be using a large screwdriver.
  4. To air is passed back to the master cylinder before ease the pressure on the plunger, refit the cap and fix it.

    Repeat this procedure until is flowing from the outlet of the fluid does not contain air bubbles cease, then go to the next hole and to repeat the process. Make sure that the brake fluid reservoir was empty, since otherwise, air may enter the system.

  5. Put on a new vacuum booster ring, set the master cylinder and fixing nuts and tighten them to the specified torque.
  6. Connect the pipes and electrical connectors. Check the operation of the brake fluid level, pushing the black pear at the top of the tank. In this light on the instrument panel should light up.
  7. On models with a manual gearbox bleed the hydraulic clutch system.
  8. On models equipped with a differential pressure indicator, click on the pin reset to zero, the speaker of the switch.
  9. Bleed the brake system.
