Check the coolant level in the working path of the system K / V

Observe all necessary precautions associated with servicing the systems K / B (see. Section General information and safety measures)!

Location of the viewing window of the receiver-drier, located in front of the radiator

2 - Sensor connector, the low pressure switch

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If the receiver-drier K / V is placed in front of the radiator, remove the front grille (see chap. Body).
  2. Wipe the glass viewing window (arrow) on the assembly of the receiver-dryer.
  3. Disconnect the connector (2) low-pressure gauge-switch and Jumper terminals of the latter.
  4. Run the engine at idle.
  5. Turn the heater fan and activate the system K / V at maximum cooling capacity.
  6. Remove jumper from the sensor connector, pressure switch and, looking into the viewing window of the receiver-drier, make sure there are no signs of bubbling refrigerant (for the first start svezhezapravlennoy of the formation of air bubbles should not cause concern - Wait about 10 minutes - the bubbles will disappear, slight bubbling is also acceptable in high [> 35 ? C] ambient temperatures)

When triggered, the electromagnetic clutch of the compressor fluid flow rate must increase.

  1. Carefully review the structural condition of all the components of refrigerator K / V, with a special detector check them for signs of leaks.
  2. Turn the fan speed mode "1" and using a special meter, measure the temperature of the effluent through the central dashboard air vents. After 5 minutes of operation of the temperature supplied to the room air should be within a range of +2 ? C ÷ + 12 ? C and the compressor K / V should go into cyclic mode (on-off), otherwise it is necessary to check the condition of the gauge-switch evaporator temperature.
  3. Turn off the air conditioner and switch off the engine, - a more detailed inspection of the system K / V should be carried out in a workshop of car-care center.
