Removal and installation of gauges of system K / V

Observe all necessary precautions associated with servicing the systems K / B (see. Section General information and safety measures)!

Humidity sensor

Details of the air humidity sensor (B31 / 2)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the resonator chamber of an air path with Water Collector (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  3. Having turned 45 ? in the specified direction of the arrow, remove the humidity sensor (B31 / 2) and disconnect the wiring.
  4. Installation is in the reverse order - make sure that the wiring of the sensor does not come under the cover of the evaporator.

Temperature and pressure of the refrigerant

Details of the sensor temperature and the refrigerant pressure

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The need for replacement of the sensor occurs in the development of leaks of the refrigerant and at the output to the I / O failure.

In the course of replacing the sensor, do not allow moisture to the working circuit system!

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the receiver-dryer (1) (see. Section Removal and installation of receiver-dryer) - immediately plug the open ends of the refrigerator lines with suitable plugs.

The receiver drier is subject to replacement without fail every time the opening of the working circuit of the system K / V - do not forget to take into account the amount of refueling system receiver (see. Specifications)!

  1. Release bandage tapes (4) and move toward the cooling hoses tract.
  2. Disconnect the wiring harness (2) from the temperature sensor and refrigerant pressure (B12 / 2).
  3. Hold against turning the pressure line (3), unscrew and remove the sensor (B12 / 2).
  4. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the O-rings before installing them together greasing screwed compressor oil.
  5. Finally, check the serviceability of the system K / V.

Evaporator temperature sensor

Details of installation of the evaporator temperature sensor (B10 / 6)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  1. Including auxiliary, and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

    7 - Auxiliary battery
8 - terminal positive wire module
9 - negative terminal wire module
    W10 - Ground Battery
  1. Remove the cover to the left under the instrument panel (see chap. Body).
  2. Pulling on the picture in the indicated direction of the arrow, remove the temperature sensor (B10 / 6) from the evaporator shell, then disconnect the wiring.
  3. Installation is in the reverse order.
  4. Finally, deactivate the service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE) and clean the memory module board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
