Removal and installation of auxiliary fan assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  1. Including auxiliary, and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

    7 - Auxiliary battery
    8 - terminal positive wire module
    9 - negative terminal wire module
    W10 - Ground Battery
  1. Remove the front grille (see chap. Body).
  2. Remove the front crossmember of the frame (1) and move it to the side assembled with fixing the hood lock.
  3. Remove the mounting bolts (3) of the coil (2) Power steering fluid cooling.
  4. Remove the trim panel (locker) arches left front wheel (7).
  5. Disconnect the connector (4) of the auxiliary fan assembly (5), the assembly do not forget to replace the banding.
  6. Push wiring (6) of the auxiliary fan assembly (5) in the opening (arrow) in the locker (7).
  7. Give nuts (8) and pulling up and pressing in the direction of the coil (2), remove the power steering cooling fan support assembly (5).
  8. Installation is in the reverse order. On models corresponding complete do not forget to deactivate the service mode of TELE AID (see. See Section. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
  9. Finally, clean the processor memory on-board self-diagnostic system (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
