Removal and installation of the control panel operation of the heating / ventilation / air conditioning



Details of installation of the control panel operation of the heating / ventilation / air conditioning (HVAC) (N22)



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable last.

    7 - Auxiliary battery
    8 - terminal positive wire module
    9 - negative terminal wire module
    W10 - Ground Battery
  1. Remove the center (console) section of the instrument panel (see chap. Body).
  2. Control panel operation of HVAC (N22) just latched in the latches to remove the cover and it should pull out.
  3. Installation is in the reverse order - track reliability of the panel snaps into place.

After replacing panels HVAC control is necessary to make the procedure for synchronizing the servo motors using the diagnostic scanner STAR DIAGNOSIS, connects to the DLC car (see. Illustration Wiring reader STAR DIAGNOSIS (0100) to the diagnostic socket DLC (X11 / 4)), - refer to branded service stations Mercedes-Benz. Also clean the processor memory on-board self-diagnostic system.
