Removing and installing condenser K / V



All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail!

Petrol models

Details of the installation of the condenser K / V on petrol models (code H02)

1 - refrigerated line to the receiver-dryer
2 - Refrigeration Line to the condenser

3 - Condenser

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove supporting the fan assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of auxiliary fan assembly).
  2. In the context of a specialized service station make a discharge system K / V.
  3. Unplug the refrigerator line from the receiver-drier (1) and the condenser (2), - Prepare the replacement O-rings.
  4. Pulling on the picture in the indicated direction of the arrow, remove the condenser (3), - try not to damage the plate heat exchanger.
  5. Installation is in the reverse order.
  6. Finally, run the engine at idle and approximately 4 minutes on the air conditioner to maximum cooling capacity, - the temperature of air supplied to the cabin through the air vents of the central instrument panel, shall not fall below the value of + 5 ?� C.
  7. Make sure there are no signs of leakage from the path system K / V, check the functioning of the system.

Diesel models

Details of the installation of the condenser K / V on the diesel models (M628)

1 - radiator cooling system
2 - Condenser
3, 4 - Lines cooling path
5, 6 - Lines ATF

7, 8 - Cold line
9 - Catchers
10 - Bolts
11 - Fasteners capacitor

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The capacitor (2) is removed in the assembly with radiator cooling system (1) - see. Section Removal and installation of the radiator.
  2. If necessary, remove the bolts (10) and pull in the specified direction of the arrow in the picture, release the condenser (2) of the fastener (11), - try not to damage the plate heat exchangers.
  3. Installation is in the reverse order.
  4. Finally, check the paths of cooling systems and air conditioning systems for signs of leaks, make sure of serviceability of functioning K / V.
