Models 463.323 (M612) Highway Details of installation of a fuel distributive highway (M612)
 | | | | Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover. Disconnect the wiring from the sensor (B4 / 6) and the pressure control valve (Y74). Remove the fuel injectors (21/6). Disconnect the fuel line (21) the pressure (19/1) and return (21/4) line - to hold the choke nut from turning, use the second key. Remove the fuel return line from the cooler (22) and the oil return line (21/3) - Prepare removable sealing rings. Remove the fuel line (21), if necessary, remove the nozzle (cm. Below). Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the sealing elements. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the fuel path for signs of leaks, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

Sprayers Details of the installation of nozzles (M612) | | | | Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover (7 and 8). Disconnect the injectors (Y76) wiring. Remove the fuel (1). Release the clips (2) and remove the oil return line (3), - use the spanner wrench with a split head. Release the clips (2) and remove the oil return line (3), - the clips (2) are subject to replacement without fail. Remove the clips (4) and remove the injectors (Y76). Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the sealing elements. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the fuel path for signs of leaks, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

Models 463.333 (M628) Highway Details of installation of a fuel distributive highway (M628)
 | | | | Remove the air cleaner (see. Section Service Component inlet air path). Remove the fuel injectors (21/6) and the pressure fuel line (19/1). Remove the bolts (2) and remove the fuel line (21). Installation is in the reverse order - tighten the fixing bolts only after the installation of pressure lines. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the fuel path for signs of leaks, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
