Removal and installation of a fuel distributive highway and injectors

Models 463.323 (M612)

Highway

Details of installation of a fuel distributive highway (M612)

1 - Mounting bracket pressure line
19/1 - pump pressure line
21 - Fuel pipe
21/3 - oil return line
21/4 - the fuel return line
21/6 - injector fuel lines

22 - the fuel return line of the cooler
23 - O-Rings
B4 / 6 - the fuel line pressure sensor
Y74 - Valve-pressure regulator

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover.
  2. Disconnect the wiring from the sensor (B4 / 6) and the pressure control valve (Y74).
  3. Remove the fuel injectors (21/6).
  4. Disconnect the fuel line (21) the pressure (19/1) and return (21/4) line - to hold the choke nut from turning, use the second key.
  5. Remove the fuel return line from the cooler (22) and the oil return line (21/3) - Prepare removable sealing rings.
  6. Remove the fuel line (21), if necessary, remove the nozzle (cm. Below).
  7. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the sealing elements.
  8. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the fuel path for signs of leaks, clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
