Removing and installing fuel cooler



Details installing fuel cooler models 463.323 (M612)

1 - the fuel hose
2 - removing the fuel hose
3 - Coolant Hose

4 - Hose coolant
5 - Fuel cooler
7 - Fastening bolts

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open the hood and fix it in an upright position.
  2. Remove the trim panel of the cylinder head cover.
  3. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
  4. Disconnect the plug and plug the fuel hose (1) to the cooler (5).
  5. Disconnect from the cooler and immediately plug the hose outlet of fuel (2).
  6. Clamp and disconnect the fuel drain hoses (2) and the coolant (4).
  7. Remove the mounting bolts (7) and remove fuel cooler assembly (5), disconnected from her water feed pipe (3).
  8. Installation is in the reverse order.
  9. Finally, start the engine and check for signs of leakage components of the power and cooling of the engine.
