Removal and installation of the valve, the fuel pressure regulator

Details of the valve-pressure regulator on diesel models (M612 / 628)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

On models with the M612 engine, remove the fuel line (see. Section Removal and installation of a fuel distributive highway and injectors) for models with engine M628, remove the valve block (see. Section Removal and installation of the valve assembly).

The valve controller wise to replace the assembly with the fuel line / valve assembly.

If necessary, the pressure control valve (Y74) can be removed from the clamped in a vice with soft sponges line / valve assembly by reversing of the fastening bolts (2).
Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to replace the sealing elements.
Finally, start the engine and check the components of the power system for signs of leaks.
