Removal and installation of the stabilizer of transverse stability



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props, the institution under the front axle housing.
  2. On models without ball joint rack stabilizer bar give nuts to the rack rod chassis brackets and washers, rubber bushes, distance rings and bolts racks.
  3. On models with ball joints rack rod racks give nuts to the brackets of the chassis and remove the washer and rubber bushing (with the required force). Give nuts of ball joint rack and remove the rack from the vehicle (see. Accompanying illustration).

  1. Give bolts of support brackets rod stabilizer lateral stability to the crankcase of the front axle. Remove the bracket from the vehicle.
  2. Remove the anti-roll bar stability from under the car.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the condition and track correctness of planting rubber pads in the brackets. Tighten the mounting bolts to 25 ÷ 32 Nm. When properly tightened bolts applying the paint marks on the stabilizer bar transverse stability should act equally on both sides.
  2. Check the condition of rubber plugs and, if appropriate equipment, ball joint rack stabilizer lateral stability, track correctness of landing components. Tighten the top nut with a force of 20 ÷ 23 Nm.
  3. On models with ball joints in racks tighten the nut with a force of hinges 20 ÷ 23 Nm.
