PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props, wound up under the frame.
  2. Place the jack at the center of the front axle housing and cock it, removing the load from the shock absorbers.
  3. Disconnect the lower strut of the ladder plate springs, shock push up, took him from the axle housing.
  4. Lower the bridge, removing the weight from the spring, give nuts U-bolts and remove the ladder base plate.
  5. Remove the retaining nuts and remove the pins and plates earrings with the front end of spring.
  6. Give a nut and bolt anchor pin from the rear end of the spring. Remove your finger and remove the springs from under the car.
  7. A wire brush to remove the sheet springs all dirt and corrosion. Inspect the spring plates for cracks and vyscherblin. Check the strength of the installation of central bolt.
  8. Check for signs of wear or damage rubber plugs, fingers earrings, finger and the anchor stroke limiter. Replace defective components.

The drafters of the Guidelines recommend that in all cases, replacement of suspension springs in pairs, even if the fault is only one of them.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Do not tighten the nut U-bolts ladder with a force greater than 118 Nm, as this can happen to the deformation of the spring planting or cutting of the bridge bracket U-bolts. Tightening the nuts with demanded effort produce evenly in several stages, and observe the correct position of the base plate.
  2. Do not tighten the nuts earrings anchor pin and lower strut as long as the entire weight of the vehicle will not be moved on its wheels. This will help avoid undue stress on the rubber bushings at their transition to the working position.

Replacing the rubber bushings anchor finger springs front suspension can be performed without removing springs from the car.


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props, the institution under the chassis frame.
  2. Place the jack at the center of the front axle housing and cock it, hung out the front axle and spring assembly.
  3. Give fixture (bolt and nut) anchor pin from the rear end of the spring.
  4. Remove the spring rubber bushings.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is in the reverse order.

  1. Pre-grease lubricated bushings for rubber components.
  2. Tighten the nut firmly anchor pin 76 ÷ 102 Nm, and the fixing bolt - with effort 11 ÷ 15 Nm, after the weight of the car will be moved on its wheels.

Final tightening of all fixture with demanded effort should be made obligatory after transferring the weight of the car on the wheels, otherwise the sleeve during operation of the vehicle will be subjected to excessive loads.

Replacement sleeves spring shackle

Replacing the rubber bushings earrings spring front suspension can be performed without removing springs from the car.


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Poddomkratte the front of the car and establish it on props, the institution under the chassis frame.
  2. Place the jack at the center of the front axle housing and cock it, hung out the front axle and spring assembly.
  3. Give fixing nuts and remove assemblage of earrings with the front end of springs and suspension bracket.
  4. Remove the rubber plugs from the spring.
  5. Installation is in the reverse order.
  6. Pre-grease lubricated bushings for rubber components.
  7. Tighten with demanded effort fixing nuts.

If you can not properly combine the bolts assembly earrings with holes in the springs and the suspension arm bushings, insert a wooden block between the springs and beam chassis, then prop the end of spring jack to the correct alignment of components.

Final tightening of all fixture with demanded effort should be made obligatory after transferring the weight of the car on the wheels, otherwise the sleeve during operation of the vehicle will be subjected to excessive loads.
