Removal and installation of the valve - the pressure regulator



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Poddomkratte back of the car and establish it on props.
  1. Disconnect the drive from the valve spring (the location of the valve - the pressure regulator shown in the accompanying illustration).
  1. Disconnect the brake pipe valve. Plug the open ends of the tubes in order to prevent excessive loss of fluids and to prevent ingress of dirt into the hydraulic system.
  2. Give fixing bolts and remove the valve from the car.

Setting

Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort.
  2. Bleed the brake system.
  3. Spend car trial runs, checking serviceability of functioning of the valve - the pressure regulator. If the DC brake is locked rear wheel, should be given to the valve in the workshop of dealer branch of the manufacturer for the adjustment of the drive spring.

In no case do not try to disassemble the valve!
