Start the engine after major repairs

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. After assembly double check the engine oil level and coolant. Check the hoses and wiring connections, remove the engine compartment of any foreign objects.
2. Disconnect the spark plug, remove the candles and turn off the ignition, taking a high-voltage wire from the distributor cap and securely connecting it to the cylinder block with a jumper clamps.
3. Turn the crankshaft starter to the extinction of a control lamp of emergency pressure of oil. Screw candles and replace the high-voltage wires and spark wire distributor (see. Subsection 2.2.3).
4. Start the engine. The engine should start after a short period of time required to fill the petrol fuel line.
5. With the engine warm up carefully watch for leaks of oil, fuel or coolant. Allowed a strange odor and smoke from the parts exposed to high temperatures because of burning oil residues.
6. If everything is in order, then wait until it warms up the upper radiator hose, and then stop the engine and check the oil levels and the coolant.
7. Check the ignition and adjust the idle speed (if authentication is provided), then stop the engine.
8. After a few minutes, check the oil level and the coolant (see. Subsection 2.2.8), if necessary.
9. If the cylinder head bolts are tightened in accordance with the present disclosure, when you first start the engine after major repairs to tighten bolts of a head is not necessary.
10. If you have installed new pistons, rings, main and connecting rod bearings, the engine must be run for the first 800 kilometers. During the break-in is not permitted to ride full throttle or too low speed in any gear. It is recommended that after the break-in oil change and filter.
