1. After assembly double check the engine oil level and coolant. Check the hoses and wiring connections, remove the engine compartment of any foreign objects. |
2. Disconnect the spark plug, remove the candles and turn off the ignition, taking a high-voltage wire from the distributor cap and securely connecting it to the cylinder block with a jumper clamps. |
3. Turn the crankshaft starter to the extinction of a control lamp of emergency pressure of oil. Screw candles and replace the high-voltage wires and spark wire distributor (see. Subsection 2.2.3). |
4. Start the engine. The engine should start after a short period of time required to fill the petrol fuel line. |
5. With the engine warm up carefully watch for leaks of oil, fuel or coolant. Allowed a strange odor and smoke from the parts exposed to high temperatures because of burning oil residues. |
6. If everything is in order, then wait until it warms up the upper radiator hose, and then stop the engine and check the oil levels and the coolant. |
7. Check the ignition and adjust the idle speed (if authentication is provided), then stop the engine. |
8. After a few minutes, check the oil level and the coolant (see. Subsection 2.2.8), if necessary. |
9. If the cylinder head bolts are tightened in accordance with the present disclosure, when you first start the engine after major repairs to tighten bolts of a head is not necessary. |
10. If you have installed new pistons, rings, main and connecting rod bearings, the engine must be run for the first 800 kilometers. During the break-in is not permitted to ride full throttle or too low speed in any gear. It is recommended that after the break-in oil change and filter. |
