Air filter



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Models with engine capacity of 1.6 liters
1. Release fixing clips and remove the air filter housing with the seal.
2. Remove the filter element to remember how it was set.
3. Disconnect the inlet tube to the left of the air filter housing.
4. Loosen the retaining clip (arrow) securing the air filter housing to the throttle body.
5. Disconnect all air hoses from the air filter housing, to remember or mark the position of installation, and then remove the cap screw (arrow).
6. Release the fixing clamp and remove the cover on top of the throttle body. Disconnect all vacuum from the air filter housing, to remember or mark the position of their installation.
7. Remove the O-ring on top of the throttle body and put it together with the air filter housing.
8. If necessary, remove the two mounting bolts, then disconnect the air inlet duct from the top of the cavity and remove it from the engine compartment. Then, you can remove the resonator.
Models with engine capacity of 2.0 liters
9. Release the fastening clamp and remove the air inlet duct from the air flow sensor.
10. Disconnect the air flow sensor connection, then, release fixing clips and remove the cover from the air filter housing.
11. Remove the filter element to remember how it was set.
12. Remove the air inlet duct from the air cleaner cover, then remove the casing cap screws and remove the cover from the engine compartment.
13. After removal of the casing can be removed by various hoses and resonators, since they will be unscrewed fixing bolts and disconnect hoses.
14. Disconnect hoses (indicated by arrows) and loosen the clamps securing the air duct.
15. Remove the air line and disconnect the lower air hose.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is spent upside-down removals. Check that all ducts and hoses are connected properly and securely attached with clamps.
