Elements of the fuel injection system (engines of 1.6 liters)
A warning  See Precautions Section 6.3.2 before proceeding.
If you think that the injector has failed, try to clean it with an appropriate cleaner injectors, such as Holts Redex Injector Treatment.

Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. To improve access to the fuel manifold, remove the air filter housing, the instructions given in Section 6.3.2.2. | | 2. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the pressure regulator in the fuel system. | | 3. Release the pressure in the fuel system, the instructions given in Section 6.3.2.6. Then, release the retaining clips and remove the fuel hose and the hose of the return pipeline on the left side of the fuel manifold (see. Fig. Hose and fuel return line hose fuel manifold - a model with an engine capacity of 1.6 liters). Mark the hoses, if necessary, in order to prevent any confusion during installation. | | 4. Squeeze the tabs and disconnect sockets of connection from the four injectors. | | 5. Unscrew and remove the mounting bolts of the fuel reservoir, then carefully remove the fuel manifold and injectors from the intake manifold and remove it from the engine compartment. Remove the gasket installed between the fuel manifold and the intake manifold, and remove the seal from the intake manifold injector. | | 6. Remove the two mounting bolts and remove the mounting plate from the corresponding injector. Squeeze and remove the injector O-rings. Similarly remove remaining injectors. | | 7. Discard the seals and O-rings; When installing, use a new one. |

Setting
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Installation is spent upside-down removals. Install new O-rings on the injectors those who were shot, as well as install new seals of injectors on the intake manifold. | | 2. Apply engine oil to the O-rings for easier installation, and then install the fuel injectors on the manifold; | | 3. Install a new seal on each of the injectors and install the fuel manifold to the intake manifold. | | 4. Install the gasket between the fuel manifold and the intake manifold, then, in a diagonal order, starting from the middle and tighten the fixing bolts to the required torque step 1 (see. Subsection 6.3.2.1). Then, again, in the same order tighten the bolts to the required torque step 2. | | 5. After installation, start the engine and check for fuel leaks. |
