Fuel pump



Location of the fuel pump

The fuel pump is located on the left side of the cylinder head.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To test the pump without removing disconnect the fuel hose to the carburettor and ask the assistant to turn the engine starter. Hose should be observed strong regular fuel emissions.
2. If the pump is removed, then shut off the discharge nozzle pad (input hose is not disconnected) and press the lever on the fuel swap.
3. The lever should move smoothly in both directions from a nozzle should be observed fuel emissions.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the hose from the pump and plug (for access may need to remove the air filter).
2. Remove the bolts and remove the pump together with the spacer.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the plane, install the new spacer and the pump, tighten the bolts.
2. Attach the hose, tighten clamps.
