Sensors and valves carburetor



Refitting

PRESSURE HEAD

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The sensor is mounted on the left cap suspension.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Remove the screws, lift sensor and disconnect hose (2) and the connector (1), remove the gauge.
4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Transistor module

VALVE CORRECTION OF MIXTURE

See. Subsection 6.1.10.2.

SOLENOID VALVES

See. Subsection 6.1.10.2, pp. 18-26.

To enhance the workplace, remove the air filter.

THROTTLE SWITCH

Location selector

Zasloki throttle switch is mounted on the right side of the carburetor.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the two screws.
2. Disconnect and remove the switch.
3. Installation Adjust the switch.
4. To adjust the warm up and stop the engine, disconnect the connector to the switch wires.
5. Connect the jumpers conclusions shut-off valve and connect the ohmmeter (arrows indicate connections for ohmmeter).
6. Start the engine, bring the engine speed to 2000 rev / min and slowly declining, watching the ohmmeter, which should show the closed chain, and 1200 rev / min - opening (activated switch).
7. If necessary, adjust the switch podgibaniem tab.
8. Stop the engine and connect the connector.

WATER TEMPERATURE SENSOR

See. Subsection 4.6.3.

CONTROL BLOCK

The unit is mounted under one of either the front seat or under a central section of the front panel.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove the seat and the center section.
3. Remove the screws and remove the unit, disconnect the wiring.
4. Installation Make sure all connections.

SENSOR crank angle

The sensor is part of the design of the distributor of ignition and can not be removed separately.

When the output from the sensor system is changing the entire valve assembly (see. Subsection 7.7.4).

CLUTCH SWITCH

Mounted on the pedal bracket.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight, remove the bottom panel.
2. Disconnect the wire, remove the nut and remove the switch.
3. When installing check the adjustment of the clutch pedal and adjust the sensor.
4. To adjust the sensor connected to the terminal ohm meter and adjust the position so that when the pedal is released, there was a break, and when lightly pressed - closed circuit.
5. Tighten the nut.

Neutral position sensor TRANSMISSION

See. Subsection 9.1.4.

Override switch IDLE POWER AT WORK

The switch is integrated into the circuit power-steering in the right rear of the engine compartment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put the wheels in driving position on a straight line and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect the switch connector.
3. Remove the switch and plug the hole in the tube, remove the seal.
4. When you install, replace the seal.

Vehicle speed sensor

The sensor is mounted in the speedometer.
