CARS WITHOUT CONVERTER

Carburetors Nikki 21L - two-chamber, with a falling stream and automatic choke. Throttle secondary chamber is opened by the actuator.

The body of the carburettor consists of three sections, the middle section is separated from the section of the throttle thermal insulation spacer.

To adjust the idle speed screw is provided with a tapered end. Fuel cut-off solenoid valve is provided.

To further enrich the mixture at full load jet engine provided ekonostata.

The mixing system during normal operation of the engine include the main fuel jet, emulsion tube air jet and light diffuser.

For additional injection of fuel during heavy acceleration provided accelerating pump, which is driven by a rod connected to the throttle lever. Adjusting the dose of fuel accelerator pump, depending on the thermal conditions of the engine is provided by a solenoid valve controlled by the thermoswitch.

Screw idle adjustment restrictive closed sleeve.

Automatic increase of idle speed when more load on the engine (eg when the lights or air conditioner) provided a bypass solenoid valve.

Choke thermoelectric actuator is provided which is a bimetallic spiral spring heated by flowing current.

CARS with neutralizer

Carburetors these vehicles are equipped with a fast response solenoid valve to maintain the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio, which is controlled by the processing unit (this unit also controls ignition timing).

In the processing unit receives signals from the sensors.

The main control signals are signals from the pressure sensors air flow and crank angle (angle sensor mounted in the ignition distributor).

Additional sensors, on the basis of signals which are regulated by the mix are:

- Coolant temperature sensor;
- Switch the throttle;
- Neutral position sensor transmission;
- Sensor clutch;
- Vehicle speed sensor;
- The gauge of exhaust gases.

The control unit compares the incoming data and generates signals that control ignition timing, valve stabilizing composition of the combustible mixture idling et al., Providing optimal conditions for starting and running the engine in a variety of thermal conditions.

To reduce the toxicity of exhaust gases and maintain traction qualities of the engine is cold, between the manifold and carburetor mounted electric heater. After warming up the engine control unit closes the shut-off valve, which increases efficiency and reduces the toxicity of the emissions.

Some cars equipped with systems for recycling and the additional air intake.
