Exhaust manifold for vehicles with catalytic converter

1. Hose selection of hot air

2. The handset recycling

3. Plug the exhaust gas sensor

4. The exhaust gas sampling tube

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the manifold and remove the hose.
2. On cars with catalytic converter disconnect the exhaust gas sensor.
3. Unscrew and remove the fitting from the reservoir all the tubes.
4. Remove the screws and remove the cover collector.
5. Turn on the hand brake and lift the front of the vehicle.
6. Remove the nut and bolt and remove a reception exhaust pipe, remove the gasket.
7. Remove the nuts and bolts of the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head, remove the collector from the studs, remove the gasket.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
2. Before assembly, replace all gaskets, thoroughly clean split plane, replace or restore damaged studs.
3. Tighten the bolts and nuts with a torque wrench.
