Seals the front gear - Replacement
Oil seal drive pinion 1. Drain the gear case 2. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports. 3. Remove the flange from the front propeller shaft gear. 4. Remove the nut gear (photo) by screwing bolts into the flange with a screwdriver and resting. 5. Xpress flange reducer (photo). 6. Hook and carefully remove the gland. 7. Lay the purpose grease into the stuffing box and press-fit into the crankcase of the mandrel. 8. Put the flange, screw and tighten the nut to the specified torque gear. 9. Use a torque wrench with a scale of a few Nm Check the resistance moment-rotation pinion gear, having turned over the nut clockwise. The moment is bearing preload. If the time is less than normal, then tighten the nut. If the time exceeds the norm, the bearing spacer is damaged, the gear must be disassembled and replace the plug.

10. Other operations are performed in reverse order. Gland left axle 11. Remove the axle shaft. 12. Remove the flange axis, hooked two screwdrivers (photo). 13. Remove the packing. 14. Press in the new oil seal. 15. Lay in the universal lubrication oil seal and press-fit into the crankcase of the mandrel. 16. Install the flange and shaft. Right gland 17. Remove the 4 screws on the bearing housing and the right gear shaft (photo). 18. Clamp the axle shaft in a vise, paving blocks of wood. 19. Carefully cut down the sleeve from the shaft (see photo).

20. Remove the 4 screws and remove the gear housing of the right shaft. 21. Install the axle shaft in the housing, tighten the bearing housing and press out the shaft from the bearing (photo). 22. Hook and remove the seal from the bearing housing. Press in new shaft seal blows through the bar. 23. Remove the bearing housing and put on the shaft. Put a new plug. Press in the shaft into the body (it is recommended to perform in the service station). 24. Other operations are performed in reverse order.
