Seals transfer case - replacement
1. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports. Remove the guards and drain the oil out of the box. 2. Mark the position of the propeller shaft to flange of the transfer box, unscrew the screws and remove the propeller shaft (photo). 3. Remove the nut gear by screwing bolts into the flange with a screwdriver and resting. 4. Xpress flange of the box.

5. Hook and carefully remove the gasket (photo) 6. Lay in the universal lubrication oil seal and press-fit into the crankcase of the mandrel. 7. Put the flange, screw and tighten the nut to the specified torque gear. 8. Install the propeller shaft, having combined labels put at dismantling. 9. The rest of the operation is performed in reverse order.
