Compressor - removal and installation
1 .. Move the control levers to the maximum cooling, open the windows and soak the compressor on for 10 minutes at idle.

2. Disconnect the battery from weight and remove the ignition distributor. 3. Remove the bolt belt tensioner pulley on the compressor, turn the adjusting bolt and re-Men (photo). 4. Remove the tube from the compressor line (see photo). 5. Disconnect all the wires from the compressor. - 6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the compressor from the bracket (see photo). 7. Remove the compressor from the bay.
Attention! To prevent damage to the operating position of the compressor must not be violated for more than 10 minutes. If normal position yet been broken, then install the compressor in the operating position and rotate the shaft several turns. |
8. Installation is performed in reverse order. When connecting pipes, replace the O-rings. Fill the air conditioner service station.
