Radiator heater - removal and installation
1. Drain the coolant. 2. On cars with air conditioning disconnect shlz-Nga on bulkhead (photo) 3. For vehicles without air, remove the radiator cover (photo) and disconnect hoses at bulkhead. 4. Remove the central section (if provided). 5. Disconnect the cable from the fan cowl flaps pitch. 6. On vehicles with air conditioning, remove the fan, undo the nuts and bolts of the cooling unit. 7. Remove the screws and lifting, remove the heater. 8. Remove the control panel (See below.). 9. If necessary, disassemble the heater by disconnecting the traction lever mixing and separating valves, remove the latch and disunite the two halves of the casing (see photo). When you install, adjust traction (see. Below).
