The control panel a heater and air conditioning - removal, installation and adjustment



1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Remove the tray detail (if provided).
2. Disconnect the fan cables from the heater. Lever thermostat recommended to be turned Cold.
3. Remove the handle levers (photo) and remove the control panel.
4. Remove the screws (photo), remove the cover and disconnect the connector.
5. If necessary, remove and check the fan switch (Ch. 12). The switch is disconnected from the panel.

6. Installation is performed in reverse order. Adjust the traction control valves.
Adjustment
7. To adjust the pitch damper rods and valve defrosting nozzle, first unplug the cable side thrust and adjust the pitch damper rod. Attach the cable and adjust.
8. To adjust the traction control valve ventilation duct offset the lateral thrust in the direction of the arrow (picture). While holding the upper and lower arms in the lowered position, connect order rods 1 and 2 to the respective levers.
9. To adjust the traction control valve defrosting nozzle offset the lateral thrust in the direction of the arrow (picture). By submitting choke defrosting nozzle in the direction of the arrow, attach the rod to the side thrust.
10. To adjust the control cable sheath of a cable vozduhopritokom post and a side thrust in the direction of the arrow. Secure shell collar in this position.
11. To adjust the tap rod heater disconnect lever mixing valve and adjust the thermostat wire rod. Attach the cable and adjust. Apply the lever mixing valve in the direction of the arrow (picture). Turn the tap rod heater in the direction of the arrow between the draft and the lever was about 2 mm and attach the rod to the lever valve.
