Assembling the cylinder head



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Coat the valve stem with engine oil and insert the valve into directing plug.
2. Install the thrust washer 17 (see. Fig. The cylinder head, camshaft drive and valve) valve springs.
3. Push the valve stem on the plastic sleeve so as not to damage the lip of the valve stem cap.
4. Have a special tool valve stem seal 16. Remove the valve stem with a plastic sleeve.
5. Install the spring 4 and 5 and a plate 6 springs.
6. The special adaptation to compress the valve spring and replace crackers 15. Remove the tool to compress the valve springs. Hit the hammer with a soft head on the end of the valve stem, to crackers correctly into place.
7. Just install other valves.
8. Install the valve lifters 7 in accordance with the labels put at dismantling, pre-lubricated their engine oil. Shims 8 must be inserted into the jacks according to the labels put at dismantling.
9. Place the camshaft bearing 9 so that the cam valve of 1st cylinder have been directed upwards.
10. Install the cover 10 bearing number 2 and 4, starting from the camshaft drive belt. Tighten nuts and caps gradually tighten diagonally to 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m).
11. Install the bearing cap number 3, 1, and 5. Tighten the nuts of covers as well as in the preceding paragraph.
12. Lubricate the oil seal 20 engine oil and drive it with the mandrel is flush with the surface of the cylinder head.
A warning

Do not press-fit the oil seal deeper, t. To. He will block the hole drain the oil from the cylinder head.


13. Insert the key into the recess 11, the camshaft gear set 12. Tighten bolt 14 with a washer 13 and tighten to 80 Nm (8.0 kgf-m).
