Oil pump



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the engine oil sump (see. Subsection 2.2.1.10).
2. Remove the bolts 21 (see. Fig. Parts Engine oil), remove the oil pump with the suction tubes.
3. Unscrew the two screws 25 and remove the oil receiver 23.
4. Unscrew the two screws and remove the cover 20.
5. Remove the roller 19 and the pinion 27.
6. Remove from the oil receiver 23 strainer.
7. From the cover 20 to turn the pump pressure relief valve.
8. After disassembly clean all parts of the pump gasoline. Measure the clearance between the gear teeth, as shown in the figure. The gap at the new gear is 0.05 mm, the maximum allowable gap of 0.2 mm.
9. Measure the gap between the probe and the gear pump housing, it should be no more than 0.15 mm. Measure the axial clearance of gears, as shown in the figure. It should be no more than 0.15 mm. If the pump cover has signs of wear on the gear cover abraded.
10. Before assembly, lubricate all the parts of the pump engine oil. Assemble the pump in reverse order. Tighten the pump cover 10 N ?� m (1.0 kgf ?� m) and pump bolts - torque 20 Nm (2.0 kgf-m).
