Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Run 1-7 subsection 10.9.2.
2. Remove the bottom bolt 29 (see. Fig. Rear disc brake).
3. Remove the cylinder housing 26 and hang it on a wire, making sure that the body is not hanging down or twist the brake hose.
4. Remove the two screws 23.
5. Remove the caliper 16.
6. Remove the cap 1 of the hub with a screwdriver.
7. Remove the spring pin 2.
8. Remove the toothed washer 3.
9. Remove the nut 4.
10. Remove the washer 5.
11. Remove outer bearing 6 with the inner ring.
12. Remove the brake disk 7.
13. Remove the brake disc from the inner bearing with the seal ring and the sleeve 8.
14. Press off the outer ring of the bearing of the brake disc.
15. Remove bolts 9 and remove the cover 10 along with the hub brake 11 (if necessary).

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the bearing seats on the brake disk 7.
2. Drive bearing outer ring of the brake disc into a smaller inner diameter.
3. Grease the inner bearing and install it on the inner ring in the brake disc.
4. Lubricate sealing ring and drive it to the brake disc.
5. Install the plug 8.
6. Fill the space between the bearings with grease on the brake disc.
7. Install the brake disc 7 on the axis of the hub 11.
8. Grease the external bearing 6 and install it on the axis of the hub 11 to the stop in the brake disk 7.
9. Install washer 5, taking care to lug it got into the groove of the stub axle.
10. Tighten the nut 4 to 20 Nm.
11. Turn a few turns the brake disk for self-aligning bearings.
12. Loosen the nut 4 and then tighten it by turning with the brake disc, in order not jammed bearings.
13. Rotate the brake disc. Once described in the preceding paragraphs adjusting bearing disc should rotate freely and easily.
14. Install toothed washer 3.
15. Install the spring pin 2.
16. Fill the grease half cap 1 Press on it and the axle hub.
17. Install the caliper 16 and the bolts 23 to 65 Nm.
18. Install the brake pads 1 and 2 (see. Fig. Installing the brake pads), while keeping an eye to push the spring 3 is in the upper position and parallel to the end surface of the pad.
19. Install the housing 26 of the cylinder to the caliper 16.
20. Attach the parking brake wire.
21. Bleed brake system.
