Location of the engine management system 1Z

The following is a layout engine management system 1Z:

Installation dimensions of the plate cam accelerator pedal position sensor
Fig. 3.25. Installation dimensions of the plate cam accelerator pedal position sensor: a = (22 ? 0,5) mm; b = (41 ? 0,5) mm; in - the front part of the vehicle

- The accelerator pedal sensor is located in the recess of the pedal, the pedal bracket; plate cam sensor is regulated in accordance with the dimensions shown in Fig. 3.25;
- Coolant temperature sensor is located in the upper part of the discharge pipe of the cooling system, the front portion of the cylinder head;
- A temperature sensor located in a fuel injection pump body, the top cover;
- The inlet air temperature sensor installed in the air duct between the intercooler and the inlet manifold;
- Speed sensor is in front of the crankshaft in the cylinder block, next to the gearbox housing;
- MAF sensor is located on the back of the air filter housing. When operations affecting the sensor, be careful: the air flow sensor is very sensitive device and must be handled very carefully;
- Vacuum gauge in the intake manifold is an integral part of the reservoir and can not be replaced separately;
- An atmospheric pressure sensor mounted behind the front panel over the mounting block; On cars of release since August, 1994, he is an integral part of the engine management controller and can not be replaced separately;
- Increasing the vacuum valve is located on the mudguard body of the air filter housing.
In Table. 3.3 shows the possible power failure diesel engines and ways to address them. Main technical characteristics of diesel engines and their details are given in the Table. 3.4, 3.5. Tightening torques of the basic compounds are given in the Table. 3.6.
