Setting



Radiator Cooling System

1 - a bolt of fastening of the fan;

2 - sensor;

3, 4 - the radiator holders


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Attach the fan to the radiator and fasten bolts (1), having tightened their moment of 10 Nm.
2. Screw the sensor into the radiator, having tightened its moment of 35 Nm.
3. Put on the radiator holders (3, 4).
4. Install the heat sink into place and fix bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nm.
Cars with air conditioning
5. Replace the condenser and fix its bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nm.
6. Replace the top front cross member.
7. Connect the electrical connectors to the thermal sensor and the radiator fan.
8. Connect the pipes to the radiator cooling system with new O-rings and secure clamps.
9. Install the front bumper.
10. Connect the ground cable to the battery.
