The basic malfunctions of coupling



PROBLEM
CAUSE
The clutch pedal is depressed or easily falls
A low level of fluid in the hydraulic clutch system
Damage to the release bearing and clutch fork
Damaged diaphragm spring pressure plate clutch
Incomplete clutch (clutch leads) Too high a liquid level in the hydraulic clutch system
Sticking clutch disc splined input shaft
Warping clutch
Incorrectly assembled unit pressure plate
Worn or improperly assembled clutch mechanism
Incomplete inclusion of coupling (coupling slips) Wear pads clutch below the limit
Pollution linings clutch oil or lubricant
Faulty pressure plate or weakened diaphragm spring
Jerks at coupling work Wear pads clutch below the limit

Warped pressure plate or diaphragm spring
