Filling the cooling system



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Prepare the required volume of cooling fluid from 50% water and 50% antifreeze and anticorrosion additive G12.
Gasoline engines 1,6 / 1,8 / 2,3-I and diesel engines.
2. Connect the water return pipe to the oil heat exchanger and fix its collar.
3. Screw in the screw plug coolant drain hole in the radiator and tighten its demanded moment.
4. Establish the bottom mudguard of a motor compartment.
5. Lower the car.
6. Move the temperature control of the heating system at maximum temperature.
7. Pour coolant in the reserve tank up to max.
8. Start the engine and hold it for 2 minutes at 1500 revs / min.
9. Close the expansion tank cap.
10. Run the engine at idle and warm up it to turn on the electric radiator fan.
11. Turn off the engine and allow it time to cool down.
12. Check the coolant level and, if necessary, finish it to norm.
