Removal and installation of the fan heater and the additional resistor



Block heater


1 - a heater radiator;
2 - the screw;
3 - air distribution box;
4 - Managing motor switching valve "fresh / recirculated air";
5 - the screw;
6 - the heater fan;
7 - heater fan shroud;
8 - the screw;
9 - the block of resistors with protection against overheating;
10 - the screw;
11 - the lever of the central valve;
12 - the lever valve controlling the air temperature

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the glovebox.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the additional resistor (9).
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fan heater (6).
4. Remove the screw (10) and remove the additional resistor.
Down 5. Remove the fan heater.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the heater fan.
2. Install additional resistor and fasten the screw.
3. Connect the electrical connectors additional resistor and the fan heater.
4. Install the glove box.
