Removing and installing heater controls
Using a special device 3370 for removing a decorative panel heater controls

Test ride control cables
| Hold the cable cover, move the cable back and forth in the direction of the arrows. |
Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the glovebox. | 2. Remove the lower steering column trim. | 3. Remove the front section of the center console. | 4. Remove the decorative panel heater controls. To remove the bezel can use special device 3370 (see. Fig. Using special tool 3370 for removal of the decorative panel heater controls) or a steel plate with a hook at the end, the same as for the removal of the central air supply nozzles. | 5. Remove the four screws securing the unit heater control (see. Fig. Arrangement of screws securing heater controls). | 6. Pull over, pull the heater control unit of the instrument panel together with the cables connected to it controls. | 7. Disconnect the control cable from the heater controls. | 8. Check the smooth running control cables, which hold a cable cover, move the cable back and forth (see. Fig. Check ride control cables). |

| 1 - control cable;

PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Put the rounded ends of the rope (1) on the control lever (2) and secure them by turning in the direction of the arrow. | | 2. To fix the sheath control cable, insert the cable holder (1) into the retainer (2) until it clicks into the holder of a cable. | 3. Insert the control unit with the cables connected to the instrument panel. | 4. Screw the four screws that secure the heater controls. | 5. Insert the trim panel of the control unit to clear its locks. | 6. Fit the front section of the center console. | 7. Install the lower steering column trim. | 8. Install the glove box. |
